Mother Teresa

Mother Teresa was not an author but a person who lived and worked intensely, and who gave up her life on behalf of others, often the poorest of the poor. Most of the words in this book were spoken to her fellow religious and the co-workers at her mission, or in more or less formal lectures, interviews and public occasions. To ensure that the echoes of her words are stronger, the compiler (a close colleague of Mother Teresa's from the earliest days of her mission) has gathered these texts, the truth of which Mother Teresa lived before her words were ever uttered or written.Here you will find Mother Teresa speaking in her own words, as in this excerpt: There are some people who, in order not to pray, use as an excuse the fact that life is so hectic that it prevents them from praying.This cannot be.
